Complete landscape renovations and design-build work: xeriscapes and low-water conversions, paver patios, retaining walls, flagstone, sprinkler systems, drainage correction, sod and artificial turf, planting, and outdoor living spaces. Most of our work is a full front yard, full backyard, or a whole-property transformation.

No. We're an install and design-build company only. We don't mow, fertilize, spray, or provide seasonal maintenance contracts. Keeping our crews on installation work is how we hold our quality standard, and we'd rather point you to a good maintenance company than do that work poorly.

Not as a standalone service. We install and renovate irrigation systems as part of a landscape project, and we service the systems we've installed. For a single head, valve, or a system startup, a dedicated irrigation repair company will take better care of you than we will.

Yes — our minimum project is $1,500, and most of our work falls well above that. If your project is smaller, we can usually quote it from photos over the phone rather than scheduling a site visit.

It depends entirely on scope, but real numbers help: a front-yard xeriscape conversion typically runs $6,000–$14,000, and a paver patio typically runs $6,000–$18,000. Full-property renovations run higher. We'll give you an exact number in writing before any work begins — no allowances, no surprises.

Look at what's under the surface, because that's where the difference is. Ask each contractor what weed fabric they're using, what edging, how they're handling grade and drainage, whether the soil is being amended, and whether irrigation is included. We use 5 oz commercial-grade fabric, galvanized roll-top steel edging, amended soil, and we grade every site for proper drainage. A cheaper bid is usually a cheaper bid because something on that list isn't in it — and you'll find out which one in about three years.

We start with a site visit to walk the property, understand what you want, and talk through what's realistic. From there we put together a design and a detailed written proposal. Once you approve it, a deposit holds your spot on the schedule, and we give you a start window. You'll know who's coming and what's happening before the crew shows up.

Most patios take about four days on site. A typical xeriscape conversion runs three to five days. Larger renovations run two to three weeks. Weather and material lead times move things, and we'll tell you as soon as they do rather than leaving you wondering.

Yes — design is where most of our projects start. We'll bring ideas to the first visit and put together a plan that fits your property, your water use, and how you actually want to live in the space. We design for how it looks in year five, not just the day we finish.

Yes. We regularly put together plant lists, site plans, and submittal packages for HOA and ACC review in Northern Colorado communities, and we know what most boards are looking for. Bring us the requirements and we'll build the submission around them.

That's the old picture of xeriscaping and it isn't what we build. A well-designed xeriscape uses layered native and adapted plants, ornamental grasses, boulders, and hardscape to look full and intentional year-round — while using a fraction of the water a bluegrass lawn does. Most of our clients say it looks better than the lawn it replaced.

We stand behind our workmanship, and irrigation systems we install carry a one-year warranty when we handle the fall blowout. Plant and material warranties vary by what's installed, and the specifics are spelled out in your proposal so there's nothing to guess about later.

Earlier than you think. Our schedule fills weeks out through the season, and design and HOA approval take time on the front end. If you're planning spring work, fall and winter are the right time to call.
